Rules and regulations for buying and returning textbooks

The BSU Online Bookstore accepts credit/debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as Book Vouchers/Financial Aid, buyback credit, and in-store credit. All textbooks must be purchased online and will have options to either ship to the store or ship to your home. The BSU Campus Store accepts cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your Connect Card may also be used for in-store purchases. 

Buyback

Textbooks can be sold back online at any time on the BSU Online Bookstore. At the end of each semester, you will be able to sell unwanted books for cash and return your rentals at the campus store. All books to be sold back and rental returns must be in a resalable condition.

Refunds

Please see the university online bookstore for information regarding the policy on textbook refunds. Books must be returned within the stated time frame. Copies of the return policy are posted in the store and available on the bookstore website. For any non-course material item, we will gladly refund your money at any time if you are dissatisfied.
