- Any questions of interpretation regarding The Student Code of Conduct shall be referred to the Director of Community Standards or designee for determination. The Director of Community Standards or designee's determination is final.
- The Student Code of Conduct shall be reviewed at least every three (3) years under the direction of the Vice President for Student Life. Substantive revisions shall be approved by the Cabinet.
- The Student Code of Conduct was most recently approved by the President's Cabinet on November 18, 2025, and will take effect on January 1, 2026. Until that date, the previously approved Student Code of Conduct remains in effect.
